Arsenal to snub deal for Fellaini

Arsenal are set to snub a move for Marouane Fellaini, after the Manchester United contract rebel was offered to them.

Fellaini, 30, is out of contract, after five years at Old Trafford and is free to negotiate with interested clubs.

The Belgian midfielder was linked with a move to AC Milan, but it fell through because of his financial demands.

His representatives are believed to be looking in England for his next team.

New Arsenal manager, Unai Emery, once tried to sign Fellaini for Paris St.Germain and is currently in the market for a central midfield player.

But Fellaini is not regarded as an Arsenal player by many influential figures at the club and his salary expectations of £120,000-a-week plus a signing-on fee are seen as way too high.
