Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has commended the Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo, for ordering the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to overhaul the management and activities of Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) with immediate effect.
In a couple of tweets hours after the announcement, Fani-Kayode also urged Osinbajo to bring justice on those that “slaughtered thousands of IPOB youths”.
He wrote: “I commend @ProfOsinbajo for ordering the investigation of human rights violations by SARS and its overhauling. Let us see how far it goes.
“I urge him to go a step further by ordering the arrest and prosecution of those that commit ethnic cleansing and genocide against our people.
“I also urge @ProfOsinbajo to bring to justice those that slaughtered thousands of IPOB youths over the last three years and those that abducted Nnamdi Kanu from his home and murdered his friends, staff, family members and dogs.”
