Europa League final: Sarri may be sacked after Chelsea, Arsenal match

Chelsea owner, Roman Abramovich, is ready to sack manager, Maurizio Sarri after their Europa League final against Arsenal, according to Gazzetta Dello Sport.

Sarri has guided Chelsea to third place in the Premier League in his first season in England.

And after losing to Manchester City in the Carabao Cup final, the Italian still has the chance to win silverware if his side beat Arsenal in Baku on May 29.

Sarri will still have two years left on his contract with Chelsea this summer after joining from Napoli last year.

However, Abramovich is ready to cut short the 60-year-old’s time at Stamford Bridge.

It is believed that the Russian billionaire’s decision is not based on Chelsea’s achievements this season, but Sarri’s poor relationship with the club fans.
