Arsenal hit with heavy injury blow


Arsenal have confirmed that striker, Alexandre Lacazette may not be back in action till October due to an ankle injury.
The Gunners made this known in a statement on the club’s official website on Friday.
“Alex Lacazette (Left ankle). After assessments to an ongoing ankle issue, we have advised that Alex will need to rest and strengthen his ankle to regain full fitness.
“Alex has been playing through this injury for several weeks. He is likely to be back in action in October,” the statement reads.
Lacazette will now miss Arsenal’s Premier League clash against Watford on Sunday.
