The President of Tanzania, John Pombe Magufuli has revealed remedies his son used in treating COVID-19.
Magufuli disclosed that his son treated COVID-19 using lemons and ginger.
He disclosed this while addressing members of his church, yesterday in Dodoma, the capital of Tanzania.
The president revealed that his son after testing positive for COVID-19 isolated himself and embarked on self-medication.
Magufuli said his son recovered completely after using the said “remedies.”
According to Magufuli, the boy is doing well and even doing push-ups.
“My child got coronavirus, my own child that I brought into this world. The child locked himself in the room and treated himself using lemons and ginger,” Magufuli said.
