Two persons have died in a fatal accident that occurred on Saturday morning, along the Ife-Ilesa road, Osu Junction, Osun State.
Nine other persons also sustained various degrees of injuries in the accident that occurred around 9:05 a.m.
The accident involved one vehicle, Mazda KJA 393 XA of which involved four male, five female passengers.
According to Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), in Osun, Kudirat Ibrahim confirmed the accident on Saturday.
The injured victims have been taken to Obafemi Awolowo University teaching hospital, while the two corpses has been taken in morgue she said.
”It was a fatal accident because two people were killed while others were sustained degrees of injuries.
“The corpses have been moved to the morgue while the injured victims have been taken to Obafemi Awolowo University teaching hospital,” Kudirat added.
