The Osun State Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola has been administered his second dose of the Oxford AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine.
A statement from his personal Twitter handle indicated that the governor received the second jab this afternoon in the company of the state’s deputy governor, Benedict Alabi.
The governor also disclosed that he was eligible for the second dose having taken his first jab on the 10th of March, 2021.
Oyetola called on Osun residents who have received the first dose to also present themselves for the second jab of the vaccination.
He urged residents to continue abiding by the COVID-19 safety protocols always.
