Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar has approved the appointment of Kamilu Aliyu Musa as the acting Executive Secretary Jigawa State and Local Governments Contributory Pension Scheme Board.
This was contained in a statement signed by the State’s Head of Civil Service, Hussaini Ali Kila.
This coming in, less than 24 hours after the Governor sacked Hashim Ahmad Fagam who had manned the position.
The statement said until his appointment, Kamilu Aliyu Musa was the Deputy Director Accounts, Jigawa State and Local Governments Contributory Pension Scheme Board.
It explained that the appointment of the new Executive Secretary is purely on merit, competency and personal integrity.
The appointment is with immediate effect.
