EPL: They were dangerous - Tuchel hails Chilwell, Reece James after 3 – 0 win over Leicester

Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, has singled out Ben Chilwell and Reece James for praise following his side’s Premier League 3-0 victory over Leicester City on Saturday afternoon.

Tuchel believes Chilwell and James were ‘dangerous’ against Leicester, adding that the defenders were ‘fantastic’ with their spaces during the encounter at the King Power Stadium.

Chelsea defeated Leicester City, thanks to goals from Antonio Rudiger, N’Golo Kante and Christian Pulisic.

Tuchel’s men are on top of the Premier League table with 26 points from 12 games after beating Leicester.

“I think it’s a matter of repetition, a matter of understanding with each other, and at the moment they do very good, no matter who plays,” Tuchel was quoted by Chelsea’s official website as saying after the game.

“Azpi has had fantastic matches in this position and also Marcos Alonso, today it was Reecey and Chilly.

“We want to be dangerous from certain spaces and to accelerate the game in certain spaces, so they are allowed to do it.”

Chelsea’s next match is against Juventus in the Champions League on Tuesday at Stamford Bridge.
