EPL: Zidane open to Manchester Utd job

Former Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane, is open to any managerial job offer amid interest from Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.

This claim was made by Zidane’s assistant David Bettoni.

Zidane has been out of work since he left Real Madrid at the end of last season.

The Frenchman has been heavily linked with a move to Man United, PSG and France national team and he is currently taking a year’s sabbatical out of the game.

Speaking on the development, Bettoni insisted that his superior is not closing the door on any job.

“I haven’t really talked about his next destination. He said he was going to take a year’s sabbatical. I know Zizou very well and he doesn’t think like that. I know he’s with his family and when he’s ready, he’ll listen to offers and we’ll see who wants to sign him,” Bettoni told Marca.

“I think he’s open to anything and he’ll decide if the club is right for him if there’s something he doesn’t like and if it is competitive. There’re a lot of factors and we’ll see at the end of the season where he goes if he is coaching.”
