A Kano State House of Assembly member, representing Dawakin Kudu constituency, Mu’azzam El-Yakuba has rejoined the All Progressives Congress APC.
The lawmaker alongside other members had recently dumped the ruling All progressives Congress APC and joined the opposition New Nigeria Peoples Party NNPP.
El-Yakuba’s defection was contained in a letter he tendered on Friday to the State House of Assembly.
In the letter, the member notified the House of his defection effective, 25th, May, 2022.
He said he defected alongside his supporters in order to work for the success of the party.
