EPL: Very good game – Garnacho sends message to Manchester United star after defeat to Brighton

Manchester United forward, Alejandro Garnacho has sent a message of appreciation to teammate, Sergio Reguilon after their Premier League 3-1 defeat to Brighton on Saturday.

Garnacho commended Reguilon on his debut for Man United with a comment on Instagram.

Reguilon started for the Red Devils against Brighton at Old Trafford in the Premier League after his loan move from Tottenham Hotspur earlier this month.

With Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia out injured, the defender was trusted with the opportunity by Man United manager Erik ten Hag.

Ten Hag gave the 26-year-old 85 minutes to show his quality for the home team.

Reguilon was eventually taken off and replaced by Garnacho.

After the game at Old Trafford, Reguilon posted photos from the match on his Instagram account with a caption about his happiness at making his debut: “Not the result we wanted but I am proud to have made my debut with Manchester United. Thanks Old Trafford for the welcoming.”

However, Garnacho commended the Spaniard in his comment under the post, saying: “Very good game bro!”
