The Chairman of The Osun Progressives (TOP), Adelowo Adebiyi has called on all delegates to the All Progressives Congress, APC, Saturday’s State Congress to cast their votes for credible party members.
Adebiyi also stated that the delegates had a duty for the good of all to ensure that a new set of reliable, responsible and problem-solving officials were elected on Saturday.
The TOP Chairman, while speaking at a meeting of the caucus on Thursday, contended that voting for that set of officials was primary in order to guarantee a new lease of life for the party and ensure its success in future elections.
In his words, “The election of a new set of focused and result-oriented leaders to complement those they have elected at the ward and local levels is the way to go.”
The immediate past Osun APC chairman admitted that TOP was specifically formed to achieve the purpose of ensuring that capable individuals were elected to restore the glory and manage the affairs of the APC.
According to him, “It is fundamental to have knowledgeable, disciplined, dispassionate persons with distinguished capacity to creatively manage human organisation at the helm of Osun APC affairs now.”
