Manchester United legend, Paul Scholes, has revealed that Jesse Lingard told him that the club’s dressing room is a “disaster” as Ralf Rangnick’s side continued their slide with a 3-1 defeat to Arsenal on Saturday afternoon.
Man United lost to Arsenal at Emirates Stadium following goals from Nuno Taveres, Bukayo Saka and Granit Xhaka.
The result against Arsenal means Man United’s hope of finishing top-four this season is very slim.
It also means that Man United have lost three of their last four Premier League matches, with Scholes revealing that the atmosphere around the Red Devils has deteriorated.
“It’s an absolute mess. It’s a disaster of a dressing room,” Scholes said on DAZN.
“I had a quick chat with Jesse the other day. I’m sure he won’t mind me saying: that dressing room is a disaster.”
Man United’s next match is against Chelsea next week.
