EPL: Marcus Rashford takes final decision on Man United future

Manchester United forward, Marcus Rashford, has taken a final decision on his future at the club.

The Athletic reports that the England forward is now fully focused on staying at Old Trafford, having given serious consideration to leaving his boyhood club earlier this year.

Rashford, 24, has endured a turbulent season after returning from injury in October, falling out of favour under interim boss Ralf Rangnick over obvious poor performance.

He only started two league games out of 11 and was said to be strongly considering leaving the club, having lost his place to fellow academy graduate Anthony Elanga.

Top European sides such as Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain were said to have shown interest in the Englishman.

But, with Erik ten Hag’s appointment, the England international is now fully focused on the Red Devils once again.

Rashford has scored just five goals in all competitions this season, missing the 4-0 defeat to Brighton due to a bout of bronchitis.
