Anthony Elanga could be on his way out of Manchester United before the transfer deadline day.
The Red Devils want to sign Antony from Ajax and Elanga, according to Daily Mail, will proceed on loan if the Brazilian arrives.
Erik ten Hag has insisted on buying a new right-winger despite Elanga’s performance since his promotion from the youth team.
Although Antony is keen on a move to Old Trafford, his club Ajax are proving difficult, with the Eredivisie giants holding out for a club-record sale.
Antony is believed to have agreed personal terms with United already, but Ajax are standing firm on their €100m (£84.5m) valuation.
United are still hopeful an agreement can be found before next week’s deadline and if this happens, the Daily Mail are reporting that United would let Anthony Elanga go.
