No fewer than seven persons lost their lives in a road accident that occurred along the Iseyin -Ibadan road, in Oyo State, on Thursday.
It was gathered that the accident involved two vehicles.
It was also gathered that some other passengers also sustained various degrees of injuries in the accident.
Acting Sector Commander of Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) David Tunde Adewale confirmed the incident on Friday.
Adewale in a telephone conversation said that 22 people were involved in the accident.
He said “It is true, seven people died; 22 people were involved.
“Two vehicles were involved in the accident. 16 people were taken to the hospital.”
