Popular singer, Lanre Fasasi AKA Sound Sultan, who died on Sunday had urged Nigerians to celebrate him while he was alive.
Recall that Sound Sultan died after battling cancer of the throat.
The 44-year old battled Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma before he passed on.
However, on July 3, 2021, Sound Sultan on his Instagram wall shared a song by Patoranking titled ‘Celebrate Me’ which urged people to celebrate others while they are alive.
The chorus of the music stated, “Celebrate me, now when I dey alive (now when I dey alive)
“Appreciate me, now when I dey alive (now when I dey alive) No be say when I leave this life you go dey fake am for my wife.”
The ‘Mathematics’ crooner captioned the video, “World best, @patorankingfire sings songs wey ding dong.ja.”
