EPL: Why I may drop Ronaldo against West Ham - Rangnick

Manchester United interim manager, Ralf Rangnick, has revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo is an injury doubt for this weekend’s Premier League clash against West Ham.

According to the German, Ronaldo has a neck problem and received treatment yesterday for a couple of hours.

“Cristiano is a question mark because he has a problem with his neck.

“He received treatment yesterday for two to three hours and we will have to wait to see how he feels today,” Rangnick told a press conference on Friday.

This comes in a week where Ronaldo reacted angrily to being substituted by Rangnick.

The 36-year-old was taken off against Brentford with United leading 2-0 and replaced by Harry Maguire.

Ronaldo flung his bib away and could be seen arguing with Rangick minutes later.
