Popular rapper, Vector Tha Viper, has reacted to Grammy-winning singer, Burna Boy’s recent claim that he has never received political favours.
Saga Gist recalls that ex-Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State had announced in 2021 that he would give a plot of land and cash to Burna Boy in appreciation for winning the Grammy Award.
However, in a statement in his X handle on Thursday, Burna Boy suggested that Wike didn’t fulfill his promise to him after he won the Grammy.
He wrote: “No politician has ever given anything. Go ask wike where the land him give me or which money him give me. You think I’m your faves.”
Reacting to Burna Boy’s post, Vector said, “Plenty matter no dey full basket.”
